What is e-evidence?
The European e-evidence regulation will require hundreds of thousands of network operators, internet providers, and all operators of online shops or platforms to provide authorized authorities from across the EU with information about their customers' inventory and traffic data upon formal request. After a transition period of three years, the regulation will become binding throughout Europe on August 18, 2026. Upon request, we will keep you informed about all relevant legal, organizational, and technical developments relating to e-evidence.
